Gloomy Winter's noo awa' soft the westlin breezes blow.
Among the birks O Stanley shaw the mavis sings fu cheery O.
Sweet the craw flowers early bell decks Glenifers dewy dell.
Blooming like your bonny sell, my ain my eartless deary O'.

Come my lassie let us stay, o'er Glenkilloch's sunny brae,
